About the event
This non-riding, ground-based workshop series integrates the intuitive wisdom of horses with evidence-informed breathwork, meditation, sound immersion, and applied neuroscience practices. Horses serve as sentient mirrors and co-regulators, offering real-time feedback as participants deepen self-awareness and emotional coherence.
Each session blends:
Guided breathwork and vagal toning
Auricular acupressure for nervous system support
Sound immersion (432 Hz / 528 Hz frequencies)
Reflective journaling and somatic awareness practices
