A gentle hands-on session held on the top of a hill under Butternut Trees, in the presence of the horse herd, where they can choose to linger with you or graze nearby. Allow nature and the presence of the herd to support your body's own grace in healing itself.

Join us for a unique outdoor experience where mindfulness, CranioSacral Therapy, and the wisdom of horses come together in a peaceful pasture setting.
Our gathering begins with a gentle guided relaxation designed to help you settle your nervous system and reconnect with yourself. Through simple somatic practices and meditation, you’ll be invited to quiet the mind, soften the body, and cultivate a state of presence.
From this place of calm awareness, participants will have the opportunity to receive hands-on CranioSacral Therapy with Johanna while resting comfortably on a treatment table under the Butternut trees. Throughout each session, the horses are free to engage however they feel called. Their interactions are never directed or forced, allowing for authentic moments of connection, curiosity, and shared co-regulation while you allow a hands-on experience and the horses can linger with you to add their vibrational healing energies to your session.
