Herd Meditation

Horses are vibrational beings who are master energy movers. As we relax into meditation and find our way into our ideal vibrational space, the horses will often approach to offer their healing energies. The space allows the horses to choose whether and with whom to interact, and sometimes they will choose not to interact, or to interact with one particular person. It is kind of like playing Duck, Duck, Goose as a children's game, when you are never sure when or if you will be picked.

After our short meditation we share our experiences. There is often a message from the facilitator that some liken to a sermon, with the difference being we are all in a circle and share our thoughts and experiences about the topic presented that day.
