About the event
Working with a global nonprofit in our first year as a nonprofit is really exciting and somewhat terrifying because we made a commitment to raise AT LEAST $5,000. The sponsor of the Horses for Mental Health event is Zoetis, and we find that exciting since they are part of our Kalamazoo Community. Our Tea Party is a wink and a nod to how serious it feels and we hope to facilitate a whimsical and delightful experience as we kickoff our fundraiser for the month of May.
Every dollar we raise comes back to us when the fundraiser ends. Now THAT is pretty exciting! Be a part of our first year and something the neighbors will talk about all summer.
DRESS UP!! WE WANT TO ENCOURAGE FUN SIMILAR TO A MASQUERADE. We will even dress up our already pretty horses for the fun.
