This gathering is an invitation to release what you're holding and feel yourself soften.
During this 90–120 minute outdoor gathering, you’ll unwind with a gentle sound journey while horses move freely around and in our circle. Horses have a remarkable ability to regulate human nervous systems, and many people find their presence deeply calming and grounding.
The horses will choose whether to enter into our space — they may come close or keep their distance and they may touch you to release any negative energy you are holding in your body. Horses are master energy movers and as they heal you, you heal them. The energy moves in both directions.
If you’re unsure about being in the paddock with the horses, you’re welcome to sit just outside the paddock. The horses and the sound can still interact…
