Sylvotherapy with Horses
Sat, Jul 25
|Horse Time Center for Equine Collaborati
Sylvotherapy, aka forest bathing, is a gentle, evidence-informed practice that supports whole-body healing by reconnecting you with the natural rhythms of the forest. Through guided, sensory immersion in woodland environments, your nervous system is invited to slow down, soften, and restore balance.

About the event

When we spend time in forests, we breathe in phytoncides—natural aromatic compounds released by trees to protect themselves. These compounds have been shown to calm the nervous system, lower cortisol, support immune balance, and reduce stress-driven inflammation.
For those navigating chronic stress, digestive imbalance, or nervous system sensitivity, this gentle regulation can be deeply restorative. Sylvotherapy doesn’t force change—it simply creates the conditions where healing feels safer and more accessible.
Join us with our co-facilitators, the horses, to slow down, reconnect, and let nature do what it’s always done best - provide the medicine we need.
Sylvotherapy may be especially beneficial if you:
Feel chronically stressed, burned out, or overwhelmed
